Recommendation Letter 1

Recommendation Letter requests cannot be revoked after being submitted. In other words, once you click on “Submit”, your recommendation request will be sent to the recommender and you will not be able to delete it.
Please note that the recommender's should either be academics instructor or work supervisor.

I agree that all documents submitted as part of this application must be authentic and that any falsification or admission and/or academic records made through omission or misstatement by me in this application may result in cancellation of my admission and/or cancellation of my certificate and I exempt Phoenicia International University from the responsibility to refund the amount paid and/or other disciplinary action by Phoenicia International University and all the applicable legal penalties and process.

Students ready to upload the below list of documents must click on 'Upload'

Undergraduate Student Attachments:

- One passport-sized photo
- A copy of your identity card or passport
- A sealed and stamped envelope from your school that includes the official transcript of your Year 10 and 11 grades
- Your official certificate for the Lebanese Baccalaureate or its equivalent (French Baccalaureate, IB, etc.)

Graduate Student Attachments:

- Proof of English proficiency (PU English Assessment Test or TOEFL)
- Official GMAT or GRE score report
- Official transcript(s) from all universities attended
- Certified copies of all educational certificates, degrees, and/or diplomas
- Two recommendation letters, one from a professor and the other from an employer/supervisor (work-related)
- Certificate of employment for current and/or prior work experience (if applicable)
- Equivalency of the applicant’s bachelor’s degree from the Lebanese Ministry of Higher Education
- Resume
- One recent passport-size photograph
